Spend an evening with Thai Manna and learn the art of creating our mild signature curries (such as a Spicy Peppercorn Chicken and Panang) and two popular southeast Asian side dishes. After each class we'll sit down to an amazing 4 course dinner and dessert that rivals the top Thai restaurants in Calgary.
Classes are Sunday nights from 4-7 pm and dinner will start around 6pm. Classes will be held at 'The Hidden Chef' at Unit 630, 26 McKenzie Towne Gate S.E. Calgary Alberta. www.thehiddenchef.com
We'll provide you with several recipes for our paste, information on where and how to find your ingredients as well as the option to purchase a personal supply of freezable paste and hard to find ingredients, which will allow you to make our curries at home right away.
Bring your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy during the class and dinner. Not sure which wines would be best suited for Thai Curries? We suggest a Canadian Gewurztraminer, German or Alsacian Rieslings, or a Chenin Blanc from Vouvre if you like white wines. Beaujolais or New World Pinot Noirs if you prefer red and New World Rose of Grenache or Pinor Noir for a Rose wine.
Classes are $80 per person for the first class and $50 for each class after that.
