Putting Your Kits Together

Putting Your Kits Together

Thank you so much for your order!

Just a couple notes for your kits:

Putting them together: In the event that we had to separate your cold packs to ensure the perishables stay cold, you’ll just need to match up the correct cold pack to the correct box as each kit has different measurements of ingredients.

What goes with what curry:  Your small curry kit come with 1 can of coconut milk.  Larges come with 2 cans of coconut milk and your Large Panang comes with 1 regular can and 1 small can of coconut milk (Panang is not meant to be a soupy of a curry).

Storage: Your curry cold packs can be placed in the refrigerator up to 10 days or 6 months in the freezer.  You can place the whole box in the freezer to make life a little easier when you’re ready to make up your kit.  Coconut milk can of course go in the pantry.  If you’re not going to make your Kit right away we always recommend the freezer.  It freezes really well and then you don’t risk forgetting about it.

Green Coconut Soup:   Cold packs (green curry paste, chilies, lime leaves, galangal and lemongrass) are best in the freezer till your ready to use them.  Includes; 2 regular cans of coconut milk.

Pad Thai:  Sauce lasts up to 2 months in the fridge.  Includes; 1 package of noodles.

If you have any issues at all with your order or your kits please give us a call or drop an email.  Your happiness is so very important to us and the joy of getting to be part of what you’re serving for dinner is why we started Thai Manna.

Good luck with your kits, have fun with them and make sure to take all the credit for your masterpiece ;)
